How the test works
A swab specimen is collected per the instructions for use, extracted in the supplied reagent tube and applied to the sample well of the cassette. Anti-Neisseria gonorrhoeae antibodies conjugated to colored particles bind the antigen in the sample and are captured at the test line. After approximately 15 minutes, a visible control line confirms a valid test; the appearance of a second test line indicates a positive result.
